[Silver is Silver is Silver. Upon finally waking up, he immediately tries to pull himself up... And it's a bad idea. His head spins. Despite the fact that he's awake, he's still very weak, and trying to act like he's not gave him a big reminder of that. He rethinks his actions and slowly pulls himself up into a seated position.
So where is he? What time is it? How long has he been out? ...Where's his journal? That's the most important thing right now, he has to-
There it is.]
[His handwriting is downright awful, but it's legible, especially since he's slow enough about it. And he only has one thing to say.]
Is it over yet? None of you died, right?
[The you is directed at the people he knows, but he is far too drained to make that distinction or ask much else. ...Might be a good idea to let him know just how late to the party he is.
Or visit him. There's always the visiting option, although that option might not be pretty; as long as it's been, it still doesn't change the fact that he more or less looks like he's about to die, like he won't open his eyes if he closes them again. He barely even has the energy to hold himself upright.
But company would be nice, especially since he's... Not exactly going anywhere. He has his Pokémon, of course, they're all but hovering over him because he's okay and he's finally awake (jeez guys, calm down,) and he even has Chandelure in his arms (because he needs to be reassured that everything's alright and that he Did Good,) but it would be reassuring to see that everyone's, you know. Okay.
And absolutely not the other way around, because he's totally just tired.
Yep.]

[And one of his housemates didn't come home.]

Ingo and I became more concerned about protecting our Pokémon, so we headed towards the evacuation the second we heard about it.
We... We ran into Raven. She was being attacked. While we managed to help her out, we made enough of a commotion to get around a dozen of those rabid infected people to try and ambush us.
All of our Pokémon were exhausted. Chandelure here- [and he takes this moment to pull Chandelure onto his lap again, it's okay bro-] was just as tired out as everyone else, but he powered by burning through peoples' life energy. I let him take most of mine so we could power through them and get to safety.
[And. Well. Here we are now.]

That's amazing. You saved all their lives.

I killed someone I respected in one of the most gruesome experiences in my life because they lost themselves to that horrible infection.
I killed civilians. People that did nothing wrong that were lost to that infection.
I abandoned a cause.
I ran away like a coward for fear of my Pokémon getting infected.
I couldn't help more people get out.]

I'm alive. I didn't get infected and make the people that care about me worry more than they already are.
I stopped someone I respected when they were lost to that virus.
I made sure those infected people wouldn't hurt others.
I protected the people I care about.
I made sure I got Ingo home okay, just as promised.]
I'm working on it.
