[Silver is Silver is Silver. Upon finally waking up, he immediately tries to pull himself up... And it's a bad idea. His head spins. Despite the fact that he's awake, he's still very weak, and trying to act like he's not gave him a big reminder of that. He rethinks his actions and slowly pulls himself up into a seated position.
So where is he? What time is it? How long has he been out? ...Where's his journal? That's the most important thing right now, he has to-
There it is.]
[His handwriting is downright awful, but it's legible, especially since he's slow enough about it. And he only has one thing to say.]
Is it over yet? None of you died, right?
[The you is directed at the people he knows, but he is far too drained to make that distinction or ask much else. ...Might be a good idea to let him know just how late to the party he is.
Or visit him. There's always the visiting option, although that option might not be pretty; as long as it's been, it still doesn't change the fact that he more or less looks like he's about to die, like he won't open his eyes if he closes them again. He barely even has the energy to hold himself upright.
But company would be nice, especially since he's... Not exactly going anywhere. He has his Pokémon, of course, they're all but hovering over him because he's okay and he's finally awake (jeez guys, calm down,) and he even has Chandelure in his arms (because he needs to be reassured that everything's alright and that he Did Good,) but it would be reassuring to see that everyone's, you know. Okay.
And absolutely not the other way around, because he's totally just tired.
Yep.]

We ran into trouble on our way out and had no way to defend ourselves. I ended up giving part of my life energy to Chandelure to save us. [Go ahead and say it, Green. Say how that was stupid and reckless and whatever. Go on. Echo everyone else.]
[Action]
[He turns, in order to see what Silver says. He won't pass judgment until he knows more, Silver.]
[Action]
We managed to help her out, but the commotion attracted more attention. Two... [...] No, three of them came after us. I wasn't about to take any chances.
I lost count of how many we burned through before reaching the evac.
[Action]
Makes sense. It was a risky move. They were highly contagious, you said? That would imply that physical contact was extremely dangerous. Am I wrong?
[Action]
[Action]
[Not unlike a Pokémon using Belly Drum or Explosion. Green doesn't seem to realize that anyone else had been saying it was dumb or wrong to take that action - as far as he can tell, it wasn't a wrong one to take when he couldn't find an alternative in under 30 seconds.]
Do you regain that life energy you spent?
1/2
[Action]
I... I don't know.
[Action]
[If he found Daisy or Professor Oak, he'd die before letting them be hurt.]
Hopefully next time, I can be there to provide more support.
[But still, that doesn't sound so much like 'you have to do better' as 'that was a rough situation but you made it, and I wish I had been there to help'.]
[Action]
...Thanks. [...] Thank you, Senior Green. [The only thing that overpowers how relieving that is would be the fact that it makes him outright flustered.]
[Action]
Why are you thanking me?
[Green why are you retarded.]
[Action]
nnnnope awkwardly looking in some other direction, he can't handle this]
[Action]
...O... kay then.]
[Action]
Okay. He's. He's composed. ...Kind of.]
I've been getting hell for everything I did on that draft today. [So... So hearing Green validate that he didn't completely mess up helps. ...When did he start valuing Green's opinion this much, anyway?]
[Action]
Would they rather grieve over the suffering of victims instead? The alternative is that those you helped would have died and would return here with more severe consequences than you returned with.
[Action]
[He's parroting what he's heard at this point. The list goes on.]
[Action]
Those are statements coming from people who aren't able to put themselves in your shoes during those seconds you had to react. Coming from people that are overreacting because they are emotionally invested in your safety, and have had time to reassure themselves that other people are doing okay. They're able to blame you instead of the Malnosso, because you made an action consciously.
You can't take them without a grain of salt. And more importantly, you shouldn't regret taking the measures to protect those you care about. I've done stupid and hasty things to rescue my grandfather, but it didn't matter - I got him back, and I don't care what they say about my actions. The ends justify the means. Your situation is no different.
[Action]
...He nods.] Of course. [That's how it's always been. "The ends justify the means" might as well be his motto. That will never change.
But that doesn't make the judgement not hurt. That's the side effect of letting people in.]
[Action]
You can't take them seriously. They're unintentionally lashing out at you, so you can't trust that they really believe what they're saying. They're mad that they couldn't do anything.
That's just how people work.
[And understanding that, understanding people, Green has been able to get close to them and be around them all the time.]
[Action]
...It's not "wrong" to kill people in a war. [Is it? "Right" and "wrong" haven't stopped him in the past and they won't stop him in the future, but... He wants to hear it.]
[Action]
[Action]
Any of the soldiers left alive could put more stress on resources.
Third party soldiers that were rendered unconscious but not killed most likely contracted that horrible disease.
Moro was reduced to a pained and raging demon. She lost herself. Death was a better path for her.
...The ends justify the means.
[Action]
[But he pauses...]
So this "Moro" was a mercy-killing?
[Because that's a little different than killing enemy soldiers.]
[Action]
Nevermind the sights or sounds. You can't imagine the smell.
No matter how you spin it, killing her was the right thing to do.
[Action]
So you removed her to keep her from infecting others. It sounds like it was for the better in several regards, then.
[...He has no idea who this person even is.]
